Well, unfortunetly the other day we sold out of our top seller. The Karmin Titanium Flat Iron. When this happened we realized we were lacking a feature to notify you when it is back in stock.

 So our programmer Jonathan went to work and we have now improved the system so that it will tell you how long them item is on back order. On top of that, you can now apply your name and email to be notified when the item is back in stock… It’s a great feature so please do take advantage of it.

 We expect to have the Karmin Titanium Hair Iron back in stock within 3 weeks.

As you may have seen, the product description page for all products are displaying incorrectly and some parts are not functioning correctly. This is to do with a server upgrade and the technicians are working to fix the problem.  We apologize for this and expect to have it resolved soon.

We have added a new feature in  the customer account area that allows you to view/print your invoice in PDF. To do this log into your account then select “My Account” from there you can click on View order history and select the order you’d like to view or print. If you have any troubles please feel free to email us at customercare@brenons.com

From about 1:30am - 9:00am you may have  experienced trouble while adding products to your shopping cart. Instead when you clicked the add to cart button, it would add the item to your wish list.

This was caused by a small behind the scenes code error and now has been rectified. We apologize if this caused any inconvenience to you.

We now offer more payment options and plan to add more. If you would like to suggest payment solutions, please feel free to let us know.

- Certa Pay (only available to Canadian Customers at the moment)

We our happy to have integrated feedburner into our system. This system will allow you to sign up to feed and any time there is a special promotion on the go, you will be informed instantly through RSS (feedburner).

First off, thanks for checking in…. it’s been some time since I last posted as we have been busy preparing our new look for brenons.com. We have begun rolling out the new look on the product listing page and once we have all the bugs and glitches tweaked out we will tackle the rest of the site. After several upgrades to the site; it appears to have caused conflicts with our credit card processor 2checkout. This will be fixed shortly.

For those of you who’d like to order with out  signing up for a pay pal account. Just select the paypal option with out the paypal image (there is two paypal options).  When you get to the paypal page to pay, scroll down and select the Use your credit card or bank account option.

Starting today at 2:ooam (April 13) we will begin improving the checkout process. We are looking at simplifying the process and looking at ways to improve. We welcome your comments.

The paypal payment option will be down this evening starting around midnight. (April 11/12) We are replacing the current paypal system with a new one which will be more secure and process much quicker. More updates on this to come…
